A record year
The 2017-2018 financial year confirmed Notilus’s excellent momentum, with 17% growth in its SaaS subscriptions. More than 2 million people use Notilus today. In 2018, Notilus attracted more than 200 new national and international clients of all sizes, in both the private and public sectors.
Our leading position was consolidated in the public sector by our Notilus InOne and Notilus Booking Tool (SBT) software in particular, which enable users to prepare and book travel online in compliance with the travel policy.
A year of innovation
2018 featured major technological advances, an unprecedented co-construction approach with our clients and an improved user experience on our Notilus platform.
AI combined with OCR (receipt scanning) and evidentiary value archiving (in collaboration with CDC Arkhineo) kicked off the year. With Notilus, our clients are able to adopt a 0 paper and 0 input approach. This is a small revolution in the field of business expenses. Today, the software offers the best character recognition on the market. The date, amount and type of expense, etc. are above 95% recognised by Notilus, whereas the benchmarks are often at around 75%. This makes the whole difference to the user. Artificial intelligence: the driving force behind the continuous improvement of Notilus solutions.
In 2017, the publisher launched Notilus YourWay on the market, a multi-services platform primarily for optimising vehicle fleet management. Then, at the end of 2018, employee fine management came onto the scene. Collaborating with ANTAI (French National Agency for Automated Offence Processing), Notilus facilitates the designation process. What generally takes 30 minutes for a Vehicle Fleet manager, will take them no more than a minute with the software.
“Our ethos is to combine a simple and easy user experience with the broadest offering on the market. 2018 is the best year that the Notilus business line has ever seen. The figures prove it, but more than that, this year has yet again proven our ability to take our technological advances to a higher level in terms of added value for users. We are proud of how far we have come and the teams who lead this fantastic Notilus project on a daily basis. This momentum confirms that we have made the right choices.” says Gilles Bobichon, Co-founder of DIMO Software and Director of the Notilus business line.
