Previously, the tracking of the vehicle fleet was done on Excel files

Typology of Générale de Téléphone’s vehicle fleet
Sandrine DOYEN has been in charge of the company’s automobile fleet for three years. Its fleet is composed of about sixty vehicles, the majority of which are on long-term rental contracts (LLD) and some on acquisition. There are no more issues, we have a plate, a driver, and the company is completely relieved of what happens afterward.”
2. Automatic integration of supplier invoices
Notilus automatically integrates the company’s invoices and links them to the various service providers. Some information is automatically collected such as mileage records, for example, in the case of fuel card invoices. Thanks to this functionality, mileage is displayed on each vehicle file.
3. Information extractions and Car Policy
