Notilus: greater autonomy for simpler travel management
The travel and expense management software Notilus is expanding its footprint in mobility management while the eponymous organization is gaining increased autonomy from its parent company, DIMO Software.
Paperless and effortless
The Notilus travel management solution meets both the need for digital transformation on the corporate side and the expectations from their employees who, especially in the case of younger ones, are already used to managing everything from their smartphones. Technologies associated with the Notilus solution, such as artificial intelligence and optical character recognition (OCR), simplify every step of the travel process, from an easy booking to digitized invoices and dematerialized receipts.
“Our aim is for our customers to focus on what is essential, in other words, their work, while we take care of all the services and processes as a smart personal assistant would”, explains Gilles Bobichon, CEO of Notilus.
To the traditional scope of Travel and Expenses (T&E) solutions, which includes travel preparation, expense reports, expense control, and detailed analysis, Notilus adds another feature, fleet management of corporate vehicles, thus establishing themselves as a true facilitator of professional mobility, in the broadest sense of the term.
Simplify your management
Plan, book, track and analyze your business travel.
Driven by environmental imperatives and the current crisis, which has highlighted the benefits of telecommuting, mobility management has become a trending topic in companies, and the call today for a global vision of travel -and the tools to support it- is gaining ground.
“How to travel differently and more intelligently, or even how to avoid travelling at all, are questions that aren’t going to go away, and eventually we will have to find some answers”, says Gilles Bobichon.
Considering this, Notilus recently became a full-fledged company to strengthen its ability to act and is now no longer a simple business unit of DIMO Software but an independent subsidiary. This newly gained autonomy will be used firstly in the pursuit of sustained and continuous growth, as presently more than 1,500 customers in France and worldwide are using the software.
However, this independence also gives Notilus greater latitude, particularly in forging stronger partnerships with other stakeholders in the management of business trips, without the risk of conflict with DIMO Software’s other activities. The subsidiary is also enabled now to seize on its own opportunities for external growth and accelerate its international development. The goal is clear: to quickly become a recognized brand in the world of professional mobility.
