At the same time, offers constantly evolve and constitute a temptation for the business traveler to turn away from the booking process imposed by his or her company. We are witnessing how the new economy is invading the business travel world. Proof of this is that some of the new economy’s driving forces, such as Airbnb and Uber, are already offering solutions adapted to the needs of this category of travelers, and taking into account travel managers’ expectations.
